Return Policy

At Amitis Art, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, if you are unhappy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy from the delivery date. We will accept returns for any reason except if you have damaged the jewellery and stone.

To initiate a return, don’t hesitate to contact us via email or WhatsApp with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with a free return shipping label. Please note that the item must be returned in its original packaging and the same condition as when it was received.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your order, contact us immediately. If the order has not been shipped yet, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund. If the item has already been shipped, you can still initiate a return once you receive the item.

Refund Policy

Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it is in the same condition as when it was shipped, we will issue a refund for the full purchase price, excluding any shipping fees. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed.
